My mission is to empower individuals and communities to create a more equitable society, all while enjoying the beauty of this world through travel, adventure, and connection.

    I’m available for keynotes, panels and to facilitate tactical workshops on topics such as storytelling, operations, and business plan creation. I also love opportunities to share my experiences as founder and as a First-Gen American women in STEM, VC and Social Impact.

The world is vast and filled with endless experiences, each shaped by the intricate mix of circumstances we’re born into—historical, environmental, generational, and personal.

I know firsthand that our stories are not written by the circumstances we inherit but by the choices we make and the support we give and receive along the way.

That’s why I take a human-centered approach to everything I do. Inspired by principles of dignity, empowerment, and value creation, I believe in designing frameworks that enable individuals and teams to thrive. My work focuses on creating tailored, practical, and scalable solutions to unique visions and needs.

Beyond my consulting work, I believe deeply in paying it forward. I’m always happy to share the wisdom I’ve gained through hard-earned lived experiences. By doing so, I aim to empower others to overcome their own challenges and create meaningful impact in their lives and communities.

My Approach

2024 Common Future Accelerator

As Strategic Impact Manager, I directed a three-month-long accelerator program for Common Future and invested in a cohort of 10 BIPOC women and non-binary-led organizations that are actively working to dismantle economic inequality by giving power back to communities left out of prosperity.

2022-23 Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator

As Lead Operations Associate, I supported fourteen selected startups working to solve the complex needs of the labor market on issues ranging from employee benefits, well-being and DE&I to upskilling and reskilling.

Optimizing Operations for Business Growth

As a keynote speaker, I delivered a 90-minute virtual workshop focused on providing practical strategies to streamline their business operations and enhance efficiency. Engaging in an interactive discussion allowed me to share valuable insights with 15 women founders focused on healthcare.
